Black Stars defender John Boye , who scored in the 2-1
comeback win over the Bafana Bafana team last night insists Ghana is ready to
face any opponent in the quarter final of the ongoing 2015 African Cup of
Nations In Malabo on Sunday. Some Ghanaian fans and pundits are hoping the
Black Stars avoid the indomitable Lions or the Elephants since Group D remains
open with all sides in the pool leveled on 2 points. Ghana will find out its
opponent in the last eight later today after the Cameroon tackles Ivory Coast
and Mali take on Guinea. But John Boye claims the Black Stars is not hoping to
avoid any of the Group D opponents in the last eight.
“ we are not avoiding any team, we are waiting for any team because
this is a tournament and now too the morale is high and everyone is hungry for
the game so we are capable of of beating any team that we will meet in our next
match” .
