The
Confederation of African Football has appointed 40 year old Seychelles referee Bernard
Camille for Ghana’s 2015 Africa Cup of Nations opener against Senegal on Monday.
Camille
will be assisted on the lines by Peter Edibe (Nigeria) and Hassan Egueh
(Djibouti).This year’s competition will be the second successive afcon
appearance for the fashion designer after debuting at the last edition in South
Africa two years ago. He refereed three matches at the 2014 African Nations
Championship also in South Africa. Ghana will lock horns with Senegal at the
Estadio de Mongomo in a Group C opener before they later take on South Africa
and Algeria in the other Group matches.
