Asamoah Gyan to fly to Mongomo for hip scan today

The Ghana FA officials are flying Captain Asamoah Gyan to Mongomo to undergo the scan on his injured hip, DailySoccerGhana.com can confirm.
The 29-year-old has to be jetted to Mongomo since that is the only city in Equatorial Guinea that has a hospital with the appropriate equipment for the scan.
The Al Ain attacker injured his hip after Guinea goalkeeper Naby Yattara collided with him in the dying embers of the 3-0 win in the AFCON 2015 quarter final clash on Sunday.
The ex-Udinese and Rennes attacker has scored only one goal in three AFCON 2015 appearances for the Black Stars.
