KING FAIZAL GENERAL MANAGER- WE CAN NEVER BE EXPELLED UNLESS WE DECIDE NOT TO PRACTICE FOOTBALL AGAIN

Nana Amankwah Kwakye  The General Manager of King Faizal, Nana Amankwah has told Starr FM Sports that the Kumasi based Club is not worried about the possibility of being expelled from Ghana Football after dragging the Ghana FA to court.
King Faizal is currently in court with the GFA contesting their demotion from the premier league. According to the GFA statutes, any member or Club belonging to the association can be expelled once it drags the FA to an ordinary law court and not the court of Arbitration for Sports, which is recognized as world’s sport dispute resolution chamber.
The GFA on Tuesday expelled two Division 2 league Clubs Hikari FC and Aburi Highlanders after the pair dragged the nation’s football governing body to court over disagreement regarding the Eastern Regional FA elections. But, Nana Amankwah is not scared of suffering the same fate as Hikari FC and Aburi Highlanders.
“No we don’t have any fears, Mighty Jet dragged the FA to court and the court ordered the GFA to allow Mighty Jet to play the league. Why will they allow   Mighty Jet to participate in a league and then try to apply the law on us? We can never be expelled unless we say we are not practicing football again”
