Bankroller of King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Grunsah,
who is in court with the Ghana FA over their demotion from the Premier League has expressed his doubt about Avram Grant being the best trainer
to handle the Black Stars, though the nation’s football governing body has
favored former Chelsea boss to replace Kwasi Appiah. Avram Grant is expected to
sign a deal to become the new Black Stars Coach before the end of the week.
But, Alhaji Grunzah thinks the best move was for the GFA to head-hunt former King Faisal trainer Massimo Morales, who Coached King
Faisal between 1995 and 1996 and also worked as the assistant coach to Giovanni
Trappatoni at Bayern Munich in 1994
“Me I do not support the coach who is said to
be the former coach of Chelsea. But to me he is sacked from Chelsea because of performance
and he is here. Maybe he can do his best but if it’s me I will recommend
President Massimo Morales. I know him personally, he coached King Faisal between1995 and 1996 but he had an accident"
